Maison Meridian is an independent studio founded on the belief that the strongest brands are built through experiences people remember.
Lea develops and realises personal brand and guest experiences, from thoughtful client care to private journeys and executive retreats. She brings together concept development, organisation and a natural instinct for hosting.
Her background in executive search includes close work with C-level leaders and a focus on leadership development and team design. This experience informs both the setting and the substance of executive retreats, including facilitated conversations on leadership and collaboration.
As a host and moderator, Lea also guides events and conversations in person. Her experience spans fashion shows for ateliers, automotive events and curated group experiences.
